unhelpful staff dirty floors
The lobby staff wasn't helpful upon arrival. i was given a room overlooking an industrial area instead of what i booked. it took a day and a half to get moved. No discount was offered for the trouble. the floors weren't properly cleaned, there were even croissant crumbs. also, housekeeping forgot to put a fresh sheet on my bed one day. It took over 7 hours to get it fixed (can you imagine?).

Acceptable, but with some issues
large deposit missing refund
The location was excellent and on the beach.
The hotel requires a large deposit on arrival (it was £700). It has been two weeks, and I have not received the refund on my Amex. The hotel seems to think it is my problem to resolve.

this hotel stay became a amazing experience. every single staff member was helpful, their kindness made all the difference. the private beach access worked out great, with super helpful attendants ready to assist. the breakfast buffet had so many great choices too! i found the lovely, very clean room cute.

the italian restaurant provided an excellent meal and the service was perfect! the filet mignon tasted super delicious and tender, a real treat. the price matches the quality and the portion felt generous.

the hotel features a gorgeous pool area and well kept gardens, everything looked beautiful. the beach access worked well and felt close, i liked that a lot! these grounds definitely enhance the stay.

The staff were really lovely, kind, and cute. I felt happy and safe because of this. managers were visible and ensured everything ran smoothly. their attentiveness. the concierge was very helpful.

the hotel facilities ARE first rate. sun beds were really nice. the location IS very nice. breakfast was SUMPTUOUS and there was lots of variety.
service WAS appalling. food and drinks WERE overpriced. restaurants AND bars are deserted so there IS zero atmosphere.

My room, a the view beautiful king garden view, had a lovely view of the gardens. the housekeeping service was excellent. The room was always clean. breakfast offered fresh pancakes and high-quality pastries.
Loud music played outside consistently. I could always hear it near the beach. i only received one liter of free water daily. tea and coffee sachets were strictly rationed. I only got four coffee pods .

breakfast buffet spacious pool area beach access empty minibar luggage delivery missing streaming services
the breakfast buffet included tasty options. the pool area was spacious and clean. the hotel provided easy access to the beach promenade.
the minibar in my room was empty upon arrival. i had to request my luggage be delivered to my room after waiting an hour after check-in. the tv did not have netflix or youtube.
